Lyford Cay International School runs an active co-curriculular program which extends student learning and experiences beyond the core academic program. Included in the program are sports both intramural and inter-school competitive, clubs and the arts. Co-curriculular programs can be run before, during and after school. Programs are run by both school staff and leaders hired from outside the school.

Additionally, Lyford Cay International School offers a wide and varied program of after school activities to suit all ages and preferences. With different activities throughout the year, students can experience a wealth of fun and educational activities and parents can feel secure in the knowledge that their children are occupied and supervised, whilst they  broaden their experience in activities which engender social interaction and  physical and intellectual stimulation.
